I spent most of Monday working in Skypheria, before getting back to my Minecraft game tonight. After demolishing a bit more of the wrecked ship, I went on around the coast to where I discovered the REAL lighthouse last night. Here are pictures of my Lighthouse #2 renovation.

I now have MORE than enough obsidian to make the required (#13) nether portal, though I haven't made it yet...that will probably be tomorrow's first task. From there, I need to get (#14) quartz, to make a tower.

I (#2) built my house on the coast...I made it the house that belongs to Lighthouse #2.

The place I was that I mentioned before was definitely the (#10) mausoleum/burial chamber. I cleaned out every grave there, and came out with a lot loot--not particularly valuable, except for a few gold nuggets. Then I went back through the entire cavern leading to the mausoleum, which is where I got my obsidian, after finding enough diamonds to make one diamond pick, which I've been using ONLY for obsidian. I finally got really tired of going through that cavern with no great results other than XP, a few more diamonds, and the obsidian, so I went into creative and just "counted coup" for things like iron, lapis lazuli, coal, gold, and a few more diamonds in the natural. In other words, as I destroyed them, I counted them, and after I was through in the cavern, I used the creative inventory to put the ore into my inventory. Then I processed it as I would have, if I'd gotten it the normal way. I smelted the iron and the gold, and I broke the lapis and the diamond ore. I just gave myself the already-broken coal...lost the XP for that, but I have a lot of that already, anyway.

I (#17) captured an ocelot...the only one I've seen, so I was very glad that it came right up to me and I was able to tame it with just three pieces of fish, and he didn't even run away at all...that was a first for me!!! Wow! He's now "parked" out in front of Lighthouse #2, since that area is really FULL of creepers!

Out of the (#35) 100 gold ingots I'm required to get, i now have 23. I only have eight diamonds waiting for my full diamond armor, so I need to find a LOT more of them!

I now have (#18) #1, #4, and #5 of the five J. Carlos Paintings, and (#20) two of the music discs.

I got (#29) the first potato out of one of the chests in the mausoleum.

I love seeing what other people do in the game. There is just so much creativity from these little blocks. It's cool and amazing. :-)
