Hello to all my nsc bfff,

i am in the process of installing the sims2 ultimate collection but for those that do have origin but not the sims2 ultimate collection yet just enter this code via the origin reedm code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS and voila you have the sims2 ultimate collection.

I got it yesterday too. Works like a charm!

I've already gotten TS2 and its expansions to install on Windows 8 though and it took lots of work, so I'll save the Ultimate collection for later.

I decided to download the Ultimate Collection yesterday and install it. I'm happy to announce that it works great! I had to do a little bit of troubleshooting to get it to load for the first time though. Since I'm using Windows 8.1, I had to run it in Windows Vista compatibility mode to get it to entirely load the whole game the first time. Before, it would give me the "Not Responding" error. After I was able to get it all loaded (it took about 10 minutes), I switched it back to Windows 8.1, then restarted my computer. Now, it loads all the way with no problems and only takes about 2 minutes.
