It does not get any better than this!! The Sims 2 Sim State University in a Sims 3 World. I love the little surprises that come with playing Neighborly Sim State. While visiting with the Frat Brothers - I found them at the Quad.

Turning to see what that was all about, out of the corner of my eye I spied some familiar Sims off in the distance at the Park.
