Postby In Memory of Wendy » February 25th, 2014, 12:37 am

This tutorial was written by Wendy, well before she passed away. I saw no reason to replace it, since it's such an excellent tutorial. Thank you, Wendy, for all you did for us while you were still here on Earth with us.

NOTE: This process is pretty much the same in whatever version of PSP you may own. Though there may be a minor change here or there, you shouldn't have any troubles following this excellent tutorial.

1) Open Paint Shop Pro (PSP) and click file, from the menu click open

Before resizing ensure that the following box's are ticked, Resample using,Lock aspect ratio, Resize all layers.

Pictures can be resized in pixels or by percent.

I'm going to resize the screenshot to a size of 700x525 pixels or a similar percentage size is 55x55
