This is the neighborhood we created for the Twisted Sims expo in 2008. Thanks, Carrie, for that invitation, back then--we had a blast!
In order to use this neighborhood, you will need to download the following .SC4 files, and place them in the SC4Terrains folder in your game files.
(1) The Basic Neighborhood...
Unzip and place the N127 inside your Neighborhoods folder in your game files. There are not Characters in this neighborhood folder. If you choose not to add our special Sims, you don't have to do anything else. The game will add NPCs and Townies as necessary.
To have our special Sims in this neighborhood, you may either do these next two steps:
(2)The Characters Folder...
Unzip this file, then replace the empty Characters folder inside your N127 neighborhood folder with this resulting unzipped Characters folder. The game will add NPCs and Townies as necessary.
(3) The Skins for Twisted Valley Sims Bin Folder...
Unzip this file, then remove the .package files from within the unzipped folder, and place them inside your Skins folder in your game files. If you don't do this part, you'll get the Sims, but they won't have the special clothing that Lisa made for some of them.

(4) The Hood with Sims already in the Bin...
If you are comfortable with using divided archive files, just do this one step, instead of (1), (2), and (3). Once the three parts of the .rar file are in a single folder on your computer, right-click the first part and using whatever archive program you use, choose to "Extract Here," or "Unpack Here," or whatever your program offers for unpacking the parts. The first part will then add the other two parts as it goes, resulting in a folder that contains the N127 neighborhood folder and "Skins for Twisted Valley Sims Bin" folder. Place the N127 folder as in (1) above. Treat the skins folder as in (3) above).
Either the (1), (2), (3) combo or the (4) version will result in this:
Either way, you get only the decorated hood and the Sims, with no lots, and with none of the additions we also made for the neighborhood.
Lots can be downloaded HERE.
