This lot was originally begun by Anika, who wasn't able to finish it due to some real life family events. I created this version, after realizing our two styles are not at all similar, and I really couldn't finish it for Anika, who has been encouraged to finish her lovely original lot when time will allow her to do so, and to release it separately, because it's really a great house.

This version of the lot was planned expressly for The Coast-Spencer Family.

The house is a "shotgun" style home--at least the 1st floor is. The family can walk in the front door and continue straight through the house until the back door is reached and exited. That walk-through starts with the living room, continues through the kitchen/dining room, and exits through the wide hallway that separates a bathroom and a laundry room.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated in the favorite colors of the Sims who will be inhabiting them. The entry to the bedrooms serves as a lounge/reading area, and there is also a door leading to the upper surrounding terrace.

There is a horse stall on the property, for a specific reason. There is also a greenhouse, for another reason. Besides that, there are plenty of things for gracious outdoor living
