Lost In Skyrim: A Wood Elf's Tale

I'm pleased to introduce to you my Wood Elf, Tarese. As a Wood Elf living outside of Skyrim, in a peaceful land, she spent most of her time happily trekking through mountain, valley and meadow gathering herbs, roots, berries, beneficial winged insects (and bees for the village and farm hives).

And then came the day when as daylight was fading she followed an elusive Luna moth across the border into Skyrim where she was arrested by Imperial Guards. For several days she rode, with her arms tightly bound, among a group of fellow prisoners. The rough ride ended inside the gates of Helgen where the group was ordered out of the horse drawn wagon. All were to executed. Helga was second to be called to the block and it just so happened that her execution was foiled by the sudden appearance of a large, angry dragon heck bent on destroying Helgen and every living being within.

To make a long story less long; it is enough to say that Tarese was led to safety via an underground escape tunnel created in part from an underground cave and river system. Very soon after leaving the cave entrance Tarese was left to find her own way to a village where help could be found.

Tarese now found herself in a completely unfamiliar land with no idea of how to find her way back home. Because her name was misspelled when she was captured Tarese became known in Skyrim as Tareserr; a fugitive with a bounty on her head.
