Gazpacho good for the summer

Ingredients

Gazpacho:

2 cups (480 ml) tomato juice
½ cup (120 ml) water
¼ cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup (60 g) breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon (5 g) ground cumin
1 teaspoon (5 g) celery salt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce, to taste

Crostinis:

1 French baguette, sliced
2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil

Garnish:

1 small red onion, diced
Parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F or 175°C
Mix all ingredients into a large glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
For crostinis, brush bread slices with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden around the edges.
Pass gazpacho through a sieve and pour into individual martini glasses
Garnish with red onion and parsley. Serve with crostinis and assortment of olives

Chinois or fine mesh sieve
Large glass or stainless steel bowl
Pastry brush

This is weird, I was eating warm gazpacho in my dream last night, then I realised it should be cold, just weirdness, thanks for the recipe though, would like to try making it some time
